Revively Reach
Revively Reach is the marketing module for Revively - a $39/month add-on for broadcast email campaigns.
Getting started
- Open Settings → Subscription → Manage add-ons and enable Revively Reach.
- Go to Reach in the dashboard sidebar.
- Use Campaigns to draft sends, or Templates to manage reusable marketing email layouts (six system defaults are included).
- Create a campaign draft, pick a marketing template, and set your audience.
Audience and tags
- Inclusion tags - customers with any selected tag are included.
- Exclusion tags - customers with any selected tag are skipped.
- Class sessions - customers booked, attended, or marked no-show on any selected class instance.
- Events - customers confirmed, attended, or marked no-show on any selected event.
- Leave inclusion empty (and no class/event filters) to target all customers with an email address who pass consent (when enabled).
- Class session and event filters combine with tags (AND). Multiple sessions/events match if the customer is in any of them.
Marketing consent
Enforce Marketing Consent is on by default. Only customers who opted in to marketing email are included.
Transactional Override turns consent filtering off. Use it only when you have a prior relationship with recipients and comply with the Spam Act 2003. Revively shows a warning before you can enable override.
Sending and scheduling
- Send now snapshots the audience, queues delivery, and returns immediately while emails send in the background.
- Schedule sets a future send time; a background worker starts the campaign when due.
- Send Test Email delivers a preview and always runs an AI spam-risk score (0-100) saved on the campaign.
- Completed campaigns show delivered, failed, and unsubscribe counts.
Usage and overage
Reach email allowances depend on your subscription plan (Solo 3,000 / Growth 10,000 / Pro 15,000 emails per calendar month in your account timezone). Additional emails are billed on your next SaaS invoice at the plan overage rate ($12 / $10 / $7 AUD per 1,000, rounded up). Sending is not paused when you exceed the allowance.
Compliance
Every Reach email includes a mandatory footer with your business address, a reason line, and a one-click unsubscribe link. Customers who unsubscribe are marked as opted out and receive an internal note on their profile.
Campaign ideas that work
- Win back the quiet ones. Exclude anyone who booked in the last 60 days, include everyone tagged as a past regular.
- Follow up a workshop. Target the event attendee list with the next course, while it is still fresh.
- Fill a specific class. Target people booked into a session that is running under capacity, or the ones who attended it last term.
- Announce new retail. Pair a launch with the Shop tab on your storefront so the link goes somewhere useful.
