Can I run recurring classes with waitlists?
Yes. Build weekly class timetables with capacity limits. When a class fills, customers join the waitlist and Revively promotes the next person automatically when a spot opens.
What's the difference between class packs and memberships?
Class packs are multi-session bundles (e.g. a 10-class pass) that decrement on each visit. Memberships renew on a schedule via Stripe. Both are sold as Packages and redeem inside the booking flow.
Can I run a display board on a screen in reception?
Yes. Class Display Boards show today's classes and bookings on any browser - TV, tablet, or PC. Create a board in settings, copy the public URL, and open it on your reception screen.
How long is the free trial?
Every new workspace gets a 15-day free trial on the Growth plan - no credit card required to start. Add payment details any time during the trial to keep your data without interruption.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or change billing cadence from Settings → Subscription any time. Add-ons (extra staff seats, locations) are prorated.
Is my data hosted in Australia?
Yes. Revively is built and hosted in Australia by Acorn Apps Pty Ltd. All payment processing runs through Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant) and email is delivered through an Australian endpoint.
Can I import from my current booking system?
Yes. We support CSV imports for customers and services, a guided AI import that reads your public website to pre-populate services, staff, and branding, and an on-demand white-glove import where our team migrates your data from most booking systems for you.
Do I own my data?
Always. You can export customers, bookings, and invoices to CSV or JSON at any time. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
Can multiple businesses share one login?
