Can a single booking use more than one resource?
Yes - this is a first-class concept in Revively. A 'Recovery Circuit' can require a bed, a sauna, and a plunge at staggered times. The scheduler only allows the booking when every resource is available.
How do cleaning buffers work?
Each resource type has a default cleaning time. After a booking ends, the cleaning phase appears on the grid and the resource is unavailable until it clears.
Can I customise the booking page?
Yes - upload your logo, set a brand color, and choose which services appear. Pro plans add full white-label styling across portal, emails, and PDFs.
Does the support inbox work with my existing phone number?
Solo includes outbound SMS from a shared Revively number. Growth and Pro add a dedicated Australian mobile for two-way texting; you can also plug in your own Twilio number.
