Revively Levels - tracks, skills, and grading

Progression should not live in a coach's head. Revively Levels lets you define tracks, levels, and skills once, grade against a shared rubric on the roster or mobile, promote when every skill hits its target, and optionally block portal enrollment until a student has the required level.

How it works

Set the rubric

Settings → My Lists → Levels rubric: choose scale max and labels instructors already use (Not Attempted through Proficient, or your own ranks).

Build the pathway

Dashboard → Progress → Levels: add tracks, ordered levels, and skills with target scores. Bind classes that should require a level.

3

Grade and promote

Assess on the roster or mobile, add progress reports on grading day, then Promote when status is Ready to progress - with optional SMS.
