Recurring classes and waitlists
Group fitness, yoga, dance, and music schools run on recurring classes rather than one-off appointments. Revively builds weekly timetables with capacity and waitlists.
Create a class
- Define the class name, duration, capacity, and the assigned instructor or room.
- Set the recurring weekly slot - for example Monday 6pm Vinyasa repeats every week until you change it.
- Open bookings so customers can reserve a spot online.
- Optional: set a Required level when you use Revively Levels so portal enroll waits until the student has completed that stage. Staff can still enroll manually.
Waitlists
When a class is full, customers join the waitlist. As soon as a spot opens, the next person is promoted automatically - no phone tag.
Rosters and check-in
Run the class roster to see who is booked, checked in, and waitlisted. Pack and membership entitlements apply at booking time. When the class has a required level, choose Assess skills on a student to grade against your Levels rubric.
Display boards
