Quick start

Welcome to Revively. This guide gets a new workspace from empty to taking real bookings, usually in under an hour.

1. Create your workspace

Sign up, pick your business vertical (spa, gym, salon, clinic, yoga, or music), and choose a workspace URL. Your branded portal goes live on your-business.revively.app the same day.

2. Import or seed your setup

You have three options:

• AI website import - paste your existing website URL and Revively extracts your services, staff, and branding for you to review.
• Vertical seed pack - start from sensible defaults for your business type.
• Manual setup - add services and resources yourself.

Nothing goes live until you approve it.

3. Add services and resources

Create the services you offer (with durations, prices, and buffers) and the resources they need - rooms, beds, equipment, or chairs. See Services and resources.

4. Turn on online booking

Your customers book on your branded portal. Set your business hours, upload a logo, and pick a brand color in Settings. See Your online booking portal.

5. Take your first booking

Create a booking from the calendar, or have a customer book online. Confirmations and reminders go out automatically.
