Create your first booking
Bookings live on the Revively scheduler. You can work in day, week, planner, or month views, grouped by room or staff member.
Add a booking
- Open the calendar and click an open slot, or use the quick-add button in the top bar.
- Pick a service. Revively filters the staff and resources that are actually free for that time, including any post-appointment cleaning buffer.
- Choose the customer (or create a new profile) and confirm.
The customer receives a confirmation by SMS or email, with a link to the booking details and a live map.
Reschedule or reassign
Drag a booking to a new time, room, or staff member. Revively re-checks availability and warns you about conflicts before the move is saved.
Multi-resource bookings
A single service can reserve more than one resource at staggered times - for example a recovery circuit using a bed, a sauna, and a plunge. The booking only confirms when every required resource is free.
Walk-ins
Use quick-add from the top bar to log a walk-in without leaving the calendar.
