Import from another booking system
Switching platforms does not mean starting from zero. Revively gives you several ways to bring across what you already run.
Before you import
Export a customer list from your current system if you have one. Revively can also pull public service names and prices from your website during onboarding.

Import your setup
- During onboarding, pick AI website import and paste your existing site URL. Revively extracts services, staff names, and branding for you to review.
- Or choose a vertical seed pack and tweak the defaults to match what you sell today.
- Review every service, price, and resource. Nothing publishes to your portal until you approve it.
Bring customers across
Import customers in bulk from a spreadsheet when you are ready. Past bookings stay in the old system; new bookings start clean in Revively.
