Business hours and holidays

Accurate hours stop customers from booking when you are closed. Revively uses business hours on the scheduler, staff availability, and your online booking portal.

Set regular hours

1. Go to Settings and open Business hours.
2. Set open and close times for each day of the week. Closed days show no slots online.
3. Save. The calendar and portal update immediately.

Add holidays and closures

1. Open Holidays or Closures in Settings.
2. Add a date range and label - for example public holidays or annual maintenance.
3. Existing bookings on closed days need a manual move; new bookings cannot be made.

Per-location hours

On Pro, each location can have its own hours and timezone. Customers pick a site when booking; only that site's schedule applies.

Per-service buffers still apply on top of business hours. Staff personal time off also blocks their column on the calendar. See services and resources.
