Business identity and branding
Your identity details are not just admin. They are what customers see on your booking portal, your invoices, and every email Revively sends on your behalf. Revively also checks them before it lets you go fully live, because a booking confirmation with no business address and no contact email does not look like a real business.
Fill in your business details
Go to Settings → Identity and open the Business tab.
| Field | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Business name | Appears on the portal, invoices, emails, and your check-in QR sheet |
| Account URL | Your workspace address, for example your-business.revively.app |
| What best describes your space? | Sets your vertical, which tailors terminology and defaults |
| Business number (ABN) or GST number | Prints on tax invoices; in Australia the ABN lookup can fill in your GST status |
| Registered for GST | Drives the tax rates Revively creates - see tax rates and invoices |
| Authorised representative | The person responsible for the account |
| Contact phone and Contact email | Where customers reply; the contact email is required for the portal |
| Address and Directions | Shown on confirmations and invoices; directions help customers actually find you |
Revively will warn you on customer-facing screens until your business name, full address, contact email, and ABN or GST number are all present. Fill these in before you share a booking link.
Add your social profiles
Open the Social tab and add your Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok handles. You can paste either the handle or the full URL.
Verified profiles show as brand icons in the footer of your customer emails, which gives people an easy way to follow you after a good visit.
If you have connected a Google location, this tab also shows your Google location ratings, with Refresh ratings to pull the latest.
Upload your logo and pick a colour
Go to Settings → Design.
- Drag your logo onto the upload area, or click to browse. SVG, PNG, JPEG, and WebP are accepted, up to 5 MB.
- Pick a Brand accent color from the swatches - Teal, Navy, Black, Rose, or Sage.
A square or wide logo with a transparent background works best, since it sits on both light backgrounds and coloured headers.
Where your branding shows up
- Booking portal and storefront - logo, business name, and accent colour on buttons and headers
- Checkout - accent colour, so paying feels like part of your brand rather than a hand-off
- Invoices and PDFs - business name and ABN
- Customer emails - logo, accent colour, and social icons in the footer
- Check-in QR printout - business name
