Mobile day board for staff
The staff mobile app (/mobile) is a pocket day board - same secure login as the web app, focused on today, customers, and quick booking.
Sign in
- Open the mobile app URL (or install the PWA from the browser).
- Sign in with the same email and password as the web dashboard.
- Pick a workspace if you belong to more than one.
Run today
- Use the Today tab to see the day's schedule. Move prev/next day or filter by staff when needed.
- Check in arrivals when Front desk check-in is on your plan.
- Pay or Check out from a booking when you need to take payment on the floor.
Customers and quick add
- Open Customers to search, then Book, Edit, Message, or Invite from a profile.
- Open Notes, Forms, Packages, or Messages from the customer sub-pages when those modules are available.
- Use New for a walk-in booking without opening the full desktop calendar.
More
The More tab reaches Forms (when entitled) and Switch workspace. For invoicing campaigns or deep settings, continue in the web dashboard - the mobile shell is built for the floor, not every admin screen.
