Sell class packs and memberships

Studios and gyms often sell blocks of visits or rolling memberships instead of pay-per-class. Revively tracks entitlements on the customer profile and applies them when someone books.

Create a class pack

1. Go to Memberships and create a class pack - for example 10 visits valid for 90 days.
2. Choose which classes or categories the pack covers.
3. Set the price and publish it to your online booking portal.

Set up a membership

1. Create a recurring membership with a billing interval.
2. Link entitlements - unlimited classes, or a monthly visit cap.
3. Customers purchase online or staff sell at the desk. Renewals run through your connected Stripe account.

At booking time

When a member books a class, Revively checks their balance and deducts a visit automatically. Low balance prompts purchase of another pack. Staff can also sell packs at the desk and attach them to the profile.
