Set up a class display board

Reception screens and studio foyers need a live view of what is on today. Display boards run in any web browser - no app install.

Create the board

1. Go to Settings → Display Boards and create a new board.
2. Pick a layout - for example Now for the current class or Today for the full timetable.
3. Filter by location, instructor, or class type if you run multiple rooms.

Put it on a screen

1. Copy the public display URL from the board settings.
2. Open it in full-screen mode on a TV, tablet, or browser kiosk.
3. The view refreshes as rosters change - check-ins and cancellations update automatically.

Tips

Place the screen where walk-ins can see it before asking staff. Pair with classes and waitlists so capacity and waitlist spots stay accurate. Learn more on the display boards feature page.
