Connect QuickBooks Online for accounting

Revively owns invoices and payments at the front desk; QuickBooks Online stays your books of record. Connect the two to push daily summaries - one consolidated invoice per business day with payment splits and fee purchases.

You can connect either Xero or QuickBooks Online, not both at once. Disconnect the other provider under Settings - Integrations - Accounting before switching.

Connect your QuickBooks company

  1. Go to Settings - Integrations - Accounting and choose QuickBooks.
  2. Authorise Revively to access your QuickBooks Online company.
  3. Confirm the connection status shows as active.

Map tax codes

  1. Open Tax codes in the accounting settings.
  2. Match each Revively tax rate to a QuickBooks tax code (Revively stores the QBO TaxCode Id).
  3. Use Auto-match to suggest mappings by rate and name, then Save.

Map chart of accounts

  1. Open Accounts and click Refresh from QuickBooks.
  2. Map each Revively role (revenue, card clearing, gift card liability, and so on) to a QuickBooks account.
  3. Values are QuickBooks Account Ids, not Xero-style account codes.

What is available today

QuickBooks MVP syncs daily summaries only - not individual invoices, payments, or refunds. After each business day closes, Revively posts one invoice (DS-YYYY-MM-DD), payment splits by method, and processing or ticket fee purchases.

For how lines are built, see How daily summaries work. For Xero-specific options (per-invoice sync, SaaS bills), see Connect Xero.
