Connect Xero for accounting

Revively owns invoices and payments at the front desk; Xero stays your books of record. Connect the two so tax codes align before full sync ships.

Connect your Xero org

1. Go to Settings → Integrations and choose Xero.
2. Authorise Revively to access your Xero organisation.
3. Confirm the connection status shows as active.

Map tax rates

1. Open Tax mapping in the Xero integration settings.
2. Match Revively GST lines to your Xero tax rates.
3. New invoices use the mapped codes when you export or when automated sync arrives.

What is available today

Tax mapping is live on Growth and Pro currently. Invoice and payment sync is coming soon - use Revively reports alongside Xero for reconciliation today. Pair this with invoices and refunds for day-to-day billing and manual exports to your bookkeeper when you need them each month.
