Take in-person payments with Stripe Terminal

Front-desk and treatment-room payments should land in the same invoice history as online checkout. Revively routes in-person card taps through Stripe Terminal on your connected account.

Prerequisites

1. Connect Stripe in Settings.
2. Order or register a supported Stripe Terminal reader in your Stripe Dashboard.
3. Pair the reader to your device following Stripe's setup guide.

Charge at the desk

1. Open the customer's booking or invoice in Revively.
2. Choose Take payment and select In person.
3. Enter the amount (or pay the invoice balance) and tap or insert the card on the reader.

Reconciliation

Payment appears on the invoice immediately. Refunds go back to the original card from the invoice screen. Revively never stores raw card numbers - Stripe handles PCI-compliant processing. Terminal receipts can be emailed or printed from Stripe where supported. The same invoice history covers online and in-person payments.
