Sell and redeem gift cards

Gift cards bring prepaid revenue and bring new customers through the door. Revively tracks stored value on each card and on the recipient's profile.

Sell a gift card

1. Go to Gift cards and create a preset amount or custom value.
2. Sell online through Stripe Checkout on your portal, or in person at the desk after connecting Stripe.
3. The buyer receives a unique code by email (or staff hand it over in person).

Redeem at checkout

1. When a customer books or pays an invoice, choose Apply gift card.
2. Enter the code. Revively deducts from the card balance up to the amount owed.
3. Remaining balance stays on the profile for next time.

Track balances

Look up any card from the customer record. Partial redemption is supported. See invoices and refunds for how gift cards sit alongside your payment history.
