Your subscription and plan
Everything about what you pay Revively lives in one place: Settings → Subscription. Only the account owner can change the plan or payment details.
Your Revively subscription is separate from the payment providers you use to charge your own customers. Those are set up under Payment methods.
The three plans
| Plan | Built for |
|---|---|
| Solo | Independent operators - one bookable staff member |
| Growth | Small teams - the most common choice |
| Pro | High-volume and multi-site teams |
Moving up a plan raises your staff and resource limits and switches on more modules - things like the customer portal, tags, memberships, Xero sync, performance metrics, levels, and the support inbox on Growth, plus multi-location, retail stock, advanced analytics, and the API on Pro.
Current prices for monthly and annual billing are shown on the plan picker in the app and on the Revively pricing page.
Your trial
New workspaces get a 15-day trial with no card required. Add a card before the trial ends to keep going without interruption. If the trial runs out with no payment method on file, your subscription pauses rather than deleting anything - add a card and you pick up where you left off.
Subscribe or change plan
- Go to Settings → Subscription.
- Choose Subscribe & pay if you are still on trial, or Change plan if you already have a subscription.
- Pick Monthly or Annual. Annual billing saves roughly 15%.
- Select a plan card. Your current plan is badged so you can see what you are moving from.
- Add any Add-ons you need.
- Check the Estimated total, then Continue to payment for a new subscription or Save changes to move an existing one.
New subscriptions finish on a secure Stripe checkout page. Plan changes on an existing subscription apply immediately and are prorated by Stripe.
Add-ons
Add-ons top up one thing without moving your whole plan:
- Additional staff seat - more bookable staff on Growth and Pro
- Additional location - extra sites on Pro
- Dedicated SMS number - your own two-way SMS number
- Revively Reach - broadcast email campaigns
- Cover staff slot - substitute instructor slots
Add-ons bill through the same subscription, so you get one invoice.
Watch your usage meters
The Subscription page shows live meters so nothing surprises you:
- Bookable staff seats used against your limit
- Resources used against your limit
- SMS messages, AI hero images, and active members where those apply
Each plan includes a monthly allowance. Going over does not block you - the extra usage is billed on your next Revively invoice at the per-unit rate shown beside the meter. If you hit your staff limit, the page offers Add staff seats on Growth and Pro, or Upgrade to Growth on Solo.
Only bookable, non-archived staff count against your seat limit. Archiving a staff member who has left frees the seat.
Turn modules on and off
The Modules section lists optional modules for your plan. Paid add-on modules bill through your subscription. Turning a module off hides its screens from your workspace but does not delete data, so you can switch it back on later.
Invoices and payment method
Choose Invoices & payment method to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can download past Revively invoices, change the card on file, and update your billing email and address.
If a payment fails
A failed payment puts your subscription in past due. Your workspace keeps working while Stripe retries, so a bounced card does not lock you out mid-shift. Update the card through Invoices & payment method to clear it.
Closing your business
The owner can close the workspace from Danger zone → Close my business at the bottom of the page. This cancels billing and removes dashboard access for your whole team, and it cannot be undone. Export anything you need first - see How to use reports and analytics.
